I've been on the vision quest for a week and a half. I've noticed that it takes a while to wind down from the momentum of the hecticness of life. There's an energy from constantly doing and being around others who are busy, that can be chaotic.

As an antidote, I like picking up rocks when I hike. They resonate silence and power. The rocks have been around thousands and thousands of years. My life is a half second in one of their lives.

The rocks say, "What's all the hullabaloo about?" "Nothing's on fire." "Your worrying makes your problems giants in your mind...Look, they are actually sooo tiny, I can't even see them with my microscope."
