Clutter makes our life cumbersome. So much of our attention is taken up by the excess. Imagine if you came into a room to do one thing, and a hundred people come up to you and asked you for something. You'd be frustrated.
I think sometimes it's hard for people to clutter bust because it's seen as one more thing to do along with taking care of all the things that are extraneous and distracting. It seems like it too would be difficult and problematic.
But taking the time to take care of the excess is a problem solver. So many of our problems are caused by clutter, that by removing the things that we no longer care for gives us back the silent background that we need to be productive and happy.
We need to have space around us and inside of us. We think and feel and know so much more clearly.
