What fits in our life?
By fit, I mean what uplifts us, what comforts our hearts, what takes care of us now.
Our lives need this support. We need the combined power of strength and sensitivity that living with this support gives us. Having our wits about us helps us be flexible to the constant changes of life.
That's why it's so valuable to remove what no longer fits.
Yesterday's client clutter busted the counter-tops, drawers and cupboards in her kitchen. She was fueled by wanting to eliminate all the stuff that was in the way, that was mucking up her ability to think clearly.
The more clutter she let go of, the better she felt. Without the distractions, she was getting herself back.
