Greetings from the Painted Desert!
When I drive across the country I like to stop and visit this old friend. It welcomes me with its simple and colorful shapes, super fresh air, and spaciousness.
The Painted Desert reminds me of my connection with the Earth. It's easy to get caught up in things and forget about the land I'm living on. But when I'm here, it's just me and the dirt. I appreciate that this big round planet has given me a home!
