Valuing Yourself More

When you ask about something in your life, "Do I like and use this, or not?" you're valuing yourself more than what you're considering.

Rather than be attached to a thing, you are attached to taking care of yourself.

Initially it can be hard to question the things, people and activities in your life. It's as if these things automatically have unquestioned value.

When you clutter bust, you call that way of looking at things into question.

You're saying, "The value lies in me, not in my stuff, people, or what I do. If something or someone enhances my life, great, then they have a place in my life. If anything or anyone diminishes, distracts, or depletes me, then they don't have a place with me."
