What's sacred is you.

There's nothing too sacred to escape your questioning. 

You're asking to know the effect of everything in your life so you can take better care of yourself. It's a personal inventory. You're finding out what's helping and what's hurting you. 

Then you're making decisions based on that information.
I worked with a client recently who said that for years she had been putting her importance below the things in her life. This left her feeling overwhelmed and tired. When she started to clutter bust, she felt like she came back to life. She was putting herself first.
