  2. Dear Brooks
    Greetings from South Africa!

I have just started reading your book "Clutter Busting" and can't put it down. It is something that is very close to my heart as I believe in letting go of things.

I always say, "The more you have, the more you have to worry about."

I'm happy to have found your blog and will define visit again.

Sheetal, it's good to meet you!

Yes, clutter creates worry. When the clutter goes, you get peace.

  4. I hope you're having a wonderful holiday too! My daughter was going to a clothing swap last night and she asked if I had anything I wanted her to take. I found several things that I had strangely overlooked the last few times I'd been through my closet. I gave them to her immediately. Then I saw a peach colored sweater. I had worn it several times a few years ago. I tried it on. I said, "I could still wear this. I'll keep it." But as I did, I heard your voice saying, "look at your face - that's not a joyful face." I immediately took it off and said, "This doesn't bring me joy. I'm giving it away." I felt really good. There were lots of clothes that were just ready to go! I looked in my closet when we were through, and it felt like my closet was able to breathe for the first time in a long, long time! Thank you for all your posts and all your kind help. (I love your post about giving a deluxe couponer for a present! I want to do that too!) With love, D
